First Attempt: Cheesedate 08.08.09

Our first test working within a cup-shaped pizza matrix was a success.  Since then we have further tweaked our design and cooking process.

    I have tried cheese cake a lot of time at my own but this recipe sounds a bit different so does the texture of cheese cake. Seems like your cheesecake turned out really good. Good attempt.
